About Your New Job
Coordinate and oversee quality assurance and inspection activities across all manufacturing operations.
Lead a team of Quality Inspectors, ensuring compliance with ISO standards (ISO ***** and ****), internal quality systems, and customer requirements.
Manage and develop your team,
providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
to ensure a high-performing quality function.
Drive the achievement of all quality KPIs,
support audits and regulatory inspections
, and be a key interface between quality and other departments.
Participate in new product introductions, continuous improvement projects, and support Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives across the site.
What Skills You Need
Level 7 qualification in Quality, Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years' experience in Quality Engineering
within a regulated manufacturing environment.
2+ years of experience supervising and managing people
in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO **********), quality systems, and audit procedures.
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with document control, CAPA, and QMS processes.
