Job Description:

As a member of our Supported Living Services team, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support and guidance to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors.
* Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored support plans that promote the independence, dignity, and well-being of our service users.
* You will provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes, facilitating daily living activities, promoting social inclusion, and empowering them to make informed choices about their lives.
* In addition to direct support, you will also contribute to risk management and safeguarding initiatives, ensuring the safety and security of our service users and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Résumés must clearly demonstrate relevant qualifications in psychology or a related field and at least one year of experience in an Intellectual Disability service for adults.
* Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong understanding of human rights-based approaches, low-arousal philosophies, and trauma-informed care is essential for this role.
* The ideal candidate will be flexible, patient, and able to adapt their approach to meet the diverse needs of our service users.
* Good administration and IT skills are also desirable.
