Job Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support our Sales Manager in managing customer orders. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support or administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage customer order books, create sales orders, and assist with ERP data entry.
* Work with production and shipping teams to organize customer delivery dates.
* Communicate updates on order status and progress to clients.
* Resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Requirements:
* Third-level qualification or relevant experience.
* Experience with an ERP system or similar (training provided).
* Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
