Program & Portfolio Manager – Customer Financing (Germany & Switzerland)
We are seeking an experienced Program and Portfolio Manager to oversee and support financing transactions for customers in Germany and Switzerland. This role involves managing relationships with external financing partners and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. This is a contract position for 10 months, fully remote with quarterly on-site presence required at our headquarters in Cork.
Location: Remote (Work from Home) – Travel to Cork HQ once per quarter
Contract: 10-Month Contract
Pay Rate: €60–€70 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer financing transactions with external funding partners across Germany and Switzerland.
Maintain regular communication with both internal sales teams and external financing partners.
Oversee and analyze operational reporting from financing partners, flagging any issues or successes.
Provide strategic support throughout the full lifecycle of customer financing deals.
Assist with the transition of existing finance customers to a new outsourced financing model.
Handle non-standard deal requests, including maintenance rebates and residual sharing arrangements.
Act as the main point of contact for all partner queries related to documentation, security, and facilities.
Support pricing and contract documentation processes in collaboration with financing partners.
Manage and monitor residual tracking and reporting with existing partners.
Collaborate on long-term projects and strategic finance initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years' experience in IT or customer financing, preferably in international or cross-border settings.
Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal, with a strong grasp of legal and financing terminology.
Proven experience leading multinational finance projects in a dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), M365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate).
Comfortable working independently and in a remote/hybrid model.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in financial processes is an advantage.
Additional Information:
Travel to Headquarters once a quarter is required if not based in Cork region. If based in Cork you will be required to work on site 2 days per week.
This role involves limited supervision; candidates must be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of driving results independently.
