About the Programme
We are looking for graduates for our Roads team, with a flexible approach and appetite to learn in a leading engineering advisory services consultancy. The programme offers a blended learning experience, career‑development workshops, mentoring and support for professional registration on a two‑year Graduate Development Programme.

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer in the Roads team you will help deliver National and Regional Infrastructure Frameworks to major projects and local improvements, including active‑travel walking and cycling schemes. Day‑to‑day activities may include:
Designing and drafting transport solutions
Attending site visits and inspections
Data analysis and reporting
Project coordination
Stakeholder communication
Assisting senior engineers
Qualifications
You must have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. Candidates will also need to complete the application form, an online skill enabler assessment, and be ready to start in either April or September 2026. We seek applicants with a passion for engineering, enthusiasm for creativity and problem‑solving, and a willingness to inspire by sharing new ideas.
