We’re hiring a Tax Director to support Partners in driving strategic growth and delivering high-quality tax services.
You will oversee complex advisory and compliance projects, provide technical and commercial guidance, manage high-value clients, and mentor managers and the wider team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
Role Responsibilities
Lead complex tax advisory, planning, and compliance engagements for a diverse high-value client portfolio.
Work with Partners to implement strategic initiatives and grow the practice.
Provide technical guidance and commercially sound solutions for complex tax matters.
Manage high-level tax projects, including restructurings and succession planning.
Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and insight.
Mentor team members and promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
Represent the firm in dealings with Revenue and regulatory bodies.
Stay current with tax legislation and industry trends.
Support business development and enhance the firm’s market presence.
Collaborate on firmwide initiatives and service improvements.
Skills & Experience
Senior management experience in Corporate or Mixed Tax within practice.
Broad sector experience, adaptable technical expertise.
Strong technical knowledge and practical commercial application.
Analytical skills with commercially focused solutions.
Leadership experience managing multiple engagements and mentoring teams.
Proven client relationship management and delivery track record.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for all audiences.
