We are currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Operations Administrator to join our team in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a first-class customer service experience for customers, ensuring orders are processed to the highest standard.
2. Plan, coordinate, and monitor business accounts. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that delivery meets customer timescales/requirements.
3. Manage assigned accounts, own and deliver the relationship and customer engagement plan for the territory, and operate as a consultant to customers through high-impact processes.
4. Ensure all procedures and processes are followed in line with company requirements.
5. Monitor and maintain data accuracy in the ERP system, ensuring all records are inputted and reviewed correctly.
Overall Key Responsibilities:
* Process orders and quotes promptly.
* Advise on products via phone and email.
* Receive POs for quotes and convert them into sales orders.
* Check stock levels and advise procurement on needs.
* Handle customer calls and complaints.
* Work collaboratively as a team.
* Process shop dockets into the system.
* Scan order dockets for shipping.
* Arrange returns with customers and couriers.
* Coordinate with sales reps on product pricing and availability.
* Process credit card payments.
* Perform general administrative tasks.
Experience:
2-3 years in customer service or account management.
ERP system experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of legislative environment and best practices in product and service delivery.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle technical requirements.
Flexibility and initiative.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with experience managing multiple projects in a demanding environment.
Understanding of key customer operations and service techniques.
