We are currently recruiting for a full time Customer Operations Administrator to join our Team in South Dublin.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a well-established and growing company. You will play an important role in our fast-paced customer services area. We will provide training and mentoring to the right candidate who demonstrates motivation, commitment and an eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities: -
Delivering a first-class customer service experience for customers ensuring orders are processed to the highest standard

1 Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the business accounts. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of orders meets customers timescales/requirements

2 Direct management of all assigned accounts, own and deliver the relationship and customer engagement plan for the territory, operate as a consultant to customers through the creation and execution of high impact processes.

3 Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Companys procedures and requirements.

4 Monitor and maintain data accuracy by ensuring the ERP management system and ensure all records input and reviewed to ensure accuracy.

Overall List Of Key Responsibilities

* Processing orders & quotes in a timely manner.
* Giving advise on products over the phone & by email.
* Receiving POs for quotes & converting them into sales orders.
* Checking stock levels for orders & advising purchasing/procurement what needs to be ordered in.
* Answering calls, dealing with complaints from customers.
* Working together as a team.
* Processing shop dockets onto the intact system.
* Scanning order dockets to Cork for shipping.
* Booking & arranging returns with the relevant customer & couriers.
* Check in with our sales Rep for prices Etc.. for customers who may not have had a certain product before.
* Taking credit card payments and processing them.
* General Administration

Experience
2-3 years customer service or account management

ERP experience

Proven communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of the legislative environment and best practice in relation to providing products and services.

Excellent organisational and prioritising skills with ability to handle technical requirements.

Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative

Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy with a proven track record working in a busy demanding role and ability to manage multiple projects and task simultaneously.

Understanding of Key Customer Operations & Service Techniques.
