Senior Service Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to support adults with intellectual disabilities in a community-based setting, assisting with independent living skills and integration into the community.

This is a full-time salaried position which will average around 40 hours per week and this role is a hybrid role based in our head office with some travel to other locations as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Hold a Master's relevant to this role – i.e. Social Work, Social Care Management or other relevant discipline
* Post graduate qualification ideally in Social Care Management or Management Qualification
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management post or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Head of Service or equivalent role
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the disability sector
* Robust knowledge of legislative compliance requirements
* Strong working knowledge of National Policy relating to Intellectual Disability and Mental Health
* Comprehensive experience of Risk Management & Health and Safety
* Knowledge of Budgeting and Financial Reporting
* Candidates must possess the competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability
* Experience in driving change
* Experience in successfully delivering service models focused around person-centred care
