About Your New Job
You will provide engineering support for product and process-related activities, including:
Supporting production targets for yield, capacity, throughput, and productivity
Leading and supporting product transfers, process scale-up, and equipment validation activities
Applying Lean principles to improve efficiency, flow, and manufacturing layout
Driving continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance
Developing and maintaining key manufacturing and validation documentation

Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineer Requirements
Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar manufacturing engineering role
Strong experience in catheter manufacturing is essential
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, validation, equipment, and Lean methodologies
