O'Mahony's University Limerick is seeking a dynamic and organised office assistant to join our team. In this role you will support the manager and the team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our bookshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Management: Oversee the entire process from placing book orders to issuing invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Reporting: Generate and analyse order reports to support stock management and operational decisions.
* Book Servicing & Packing: Handle tasks such as covering books, packing boxes and preparing orders for customers.
* Shop Floor Support: Provide cover on the shop floor during lunch breaks or busy periods assisting customers as needed.
* Account Administration: Manage administrative tasks related to account customers, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accurate.
* Computer Skills: Use systems like Excel and other software to maintain records and manage operations efficiently.
