Machine Operatives – night and evening shifts
Our Machine Operatives produce specialised polymer tubing for high-end applications such as medical devices and aerospace. These roles involve hands-on operation of production equipment, process monitoring, and maintaining quality standards.
We are seeking talented individuals who can:
* Successfully operate production/extrusion equipment
* Find solutions in real time
* Meet exacting specifications
* Respond quickly and flexibly to changing process requirements
* Maintain high attention to detail and retain knowledge effectively
These roles are for individuals able to work permanent night (12am-8am) and evening (4pm-12am) shifts.
