Recruitment Expert Wanted
Job Description:
As a key member of our hiring team, you will support us in identifying resourcing plans, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing potential candidates, building relationships with potential candidates, representing us at job fairs and recruitment events, and monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through various channels, including agency partners, social media, job boards, and professional networks.
* Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
* Represent us at job fairs and recruitment events.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to design job descriptions and interview questions.
