The ability to lead a team within a 4*/5* hotel spa environment and develop business strategies that meet the highest standards are also key requirements.
You will be responsible for training and mentoring therapists to industry standards, managing the financial and budgeting aspects of the spa and therapy business, and driving business growth through innovative product development and marketing initiatives.
This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, including working weekends and bank holidays.
