Job Description & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Consulting practice. The role involves contributing to various client engagements and supporting project team success within project management, change, and innovation. Candidates with experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences, or Healthcare are particularly encouraged to apply, as we continue to drive impactful change in these sectors.

Our Project Management practice is part of our broader Consulting and Advisory services, comprising industry leads and subject matter experts. We focus on driving change and innovation across the department, applying expertise in project management, stakeholder management, communication, and process improvement to achieve impactful results.
As a Project Manager, you will work with industry-leading clients across sectors such as leadership development, strategic workforce planning, and performance management. Your focus will be on leveraging your project management expertise to foster change and innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects in areas including:
Project Management Delivery
* Leading complex projects and programmes, ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.
* Managing all stages of the project lifecycle.
* Overseeing cross-functional teams across business units.
* Developing project plans, defining roles, and establishing communication strategies.
* Implementing process improvements and innovative solutions.
Business Development
* Providing expert advice on project management and operational improvements.
* Facilitating communication among project teams.
* Conducting workshops to define project scope and requirements.
* Engaging stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Supporting proposals and tenders for new business opportunities.
Skills and Experience
Education and Certifications
* A third-level degree with a strong academic record.
* Project Management certification (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies
* Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
* Industry experience in Financial Services, Public Sector, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
* Proven success managing projects end-to-end.
* Strong analytical, interpersonal, and client service skills.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Experience in business development and client proposals is advantageous.
* Excellent communication with senior management.
* Attention to detail with strategic thinking.
* Curiosity for new business opportunities.
