About the Role
This is a busy role that involves some personal assistant duties. As Admissions Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for students and have a huge hand in implementing a new admission system. Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating school events
* Managing admissions and applications
* Coordinating school reports
* Managing students
* Assisting with day-to-day school operations
* Preparing documentation packs
* Planning and executing school events/trips/consultations
* Liaising with school departments, staff, and external parties
Requirements
We require at least 5 years of experience in a busy administrative role. The successful candidate will have a track record of working collaboratively with stakeholders. You will have experience leading or supporting efficiency and change management initiatives. Your skills and qualifications should include:
* Excellent knowledge of all relevant administrative systems (Microsoft Office)
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Excellent adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills
