Job Title: Staff Scheduling Coordinator

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-focused Staff Coordinator to join our health care agency team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling staff, liaising with clients, resolving day-to-day challenges, and supporting colleagues across departments. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and high levels of staff engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
* Act as the first point of contact for client queries, providing excellent customer service.
* Resolve scheduling issues, last-minute changes, and staff queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Build strong relationships with clients, promoting the agency's services and maintaining high standards of care delivery.
* Encourage, engage, and motivate staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
* Collaborate with payroll and HR departments to resolve shift and pay-related queries.
* Maintain accurate records of schedules, staff availability, and client requirements.
* Support other departments as required to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Contribute ideas for improving staff engagement, retention, and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €29,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
