Key Duties/ Responsibilities
Supporting business needs in the daily running of the business,
Liaising with Team members and Suppliers
Assisting with recording and filing of important company information including legal, accounts and personnel documents
Performing general office duties such as answering phones, receiving and sending post and deliveries, printing, filing
We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person
Be Self-motivated as you will be working mainly alone as part of a dispersed team
Well organised- achieving deadlines for tasks and meeting targets
Have good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good computer skills, proficiency on Microsoft Office Excel and Word
Experience in a similar office environment.
