We are seeking a
Senior Demand Generation Manager
to lead and optimise global demand capture campaigns. This role is strongly focused on
owning campaign performance
,
clearly communicating results
, and
driving continuous improvement
through data-led optimisation recommendations. The role sits within a highly collaborative, internationally distributed marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute
global demand generation campaigns
to meet lead generation and revenue targets
* Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to deliver
end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns
* Define campaign strategies using a
test-and-learn approach
, including A/B testing across paid media, email, and web channels
* Manage external agencies supporting content and design development
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing engagement, lead volume, and funnel conversion metrics
* Translate performance data into
clear, actionable insights
to continuously improve results
* Communicate strategy, performance updates, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership
Required Experience & Skills
* 5–6 years of experience
in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
* Strong, demonstrable experience
sharing campaign performance updates
with stakeholders and leadership.
* Proven ability to
recommend and implement performance optimisations
that improve results.
* Experience owning
lead and revenue targets
, including exposure to large-scale or €1M+ campaigns.
* Hands-on experience managing
full campaign lifecycles
across paid media, email, and web channels.
* Experience engaging with new customers
within the first days
* Proficiency in German
