We are currently seeking a reliable Accounts Administrator to join our team. This role would suit someone with experience in accounts who enjoys working in an organised, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Processing purchase and sales invoices
· Managing accounts payable and receivable
· Bank and account reconciliations
· Preparing VAT returns and assisting with month-end reports
· Maintaining accurate financial records
· Liaising with suppliers, customers, and external accountants
· General administrative duties related to accounts
Requirements:
· Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Relevant qualification in accounting/bookkeeping (desirable but not essential)
