About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional quality person-centred care in a home-like environment. Our ideal candidate will be able to support individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injury.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
* Level 7 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare with disability modules (or other relevant discipline)
* Minimum two years' experience working in residential, respite or day service settings with people with intellectual disabilities
* CORU Registered as Social Care Worker or in process of registration
