Job Title: Senior Acoustic Consultant
Location: Dublin
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 + Benefits
A respected multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to add a Senior Acoustic Consultant to its expanding Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced acoustics professional to step into a senior position, taking the lead on major projects in building acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration throughout Ireland.
In this role, you'll oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, manage key client accounts, and produce high-quality technical reports and documentation. You'll also support the development of junior colleagues and contribute to the ongoing growth and technical excellence of the Dublin team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver acoustic and vibration assessments across a range of sectors
Carry out noise surveys, site visits, and acoustic modelling
Produce Environmental Statement chapters and technical reports
Build and maintain strong client relationships; support business development
Mentor junior team members to strengthen the team's technical capability
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
About You
Degree in Acoustics, Physics, or a related discipline
At least 5 years' experience in acoustic consultancy
Strong expertise in building acoustics, environmental noise, and vibration
Proficient with tools such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or Odeon
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IOA membership is an advantage
