Job Opportunity: Residential Service Manager We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Residential Service Manager. This role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential centre, ensuring that services for adults run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in management or supervisory roles within health or social care. They should also have relevant qualifications, such as a Level 7 or higher qualification in social care and a relevant qualification in management (level 6). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing personalised care plans based on each resident's needs and goals. You will also need to ensure that all staff receive proper training and supervision, maintaining high work standards at all times. You must have experience working with adults and children with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Autism. A full current driving license is also essential for this position. 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care; 2. A Level 7 or higher qualification in social care, 3.
