We are looking to add to our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation.
Litigation law firm based in Dublin City Centre is seeking to hire an experienced legal secretary.
Duties will include:
· Dealing with correspondence
· Providing support to fee earners
· Maintaining solicitors diary
· Scanning and filing post
· Sending out post and DX
· Preparing briefs for counsel
· Dealing with client calls in a courteous and efficient manner
· Filing documents in the appropriate courts when required to do so
· Attending counsel in court when necessary
Experience required:
· Minimum of two years experience in a similar role
· Meticulous attention to detail and very strong typing skills
· Experience with audiotyping - Excellent typing skills required
· The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
