Relief Chefs Limerick and the surrounding areas
We are looking for chefs of all levels for some varying roles in Limerick and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a flexible work schedule with diverse posts day to day, then this is the role for you. We can offer full-time or part-time shifts to suit your schedule, whether you are looking for 1-2 days or more per week we have the shift for you! Candidates will have a dedicated consultant to manage their schedule, who will strive to place candidates in roles where they can excel and develop their skills.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
* To prepare food in the kitchen while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness.
* To adhere to all health and safety guidelines while on site.
* To adhere to any SOPs set out on site.
* Assist with menu planning to ensure gross profit margin is achieved
* To ensure the highest standards in stock control, portion control and quality control
* Provide professional customer service when needed and respect to all other staff within the kitchen/restaurant.
Ideal Candidate
* 1-2 years proven track record in a professional kitchen or catering kitchen environment
* All relevant food safety certificates along with manual handling
* A passion for food and service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Ability to work under pressure
* Have strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
