A leading global fund services provider is expanding its Depositary function in Dublin and is hiringclient-facing professionalsto join arelationship-focused oversight teamatSupervisor through to Vice President level.This role is best described as aDepositary Relationship Management position. While Depositary or Trustee experience is strongly preferred, the key requirement isexceptional client-facing capability-someone credible in front of boards, comfortable presenting, and able to act as a trusted advisor.Key Responsibilities:Acting as the primary client relationship lead for a portfolio of funds.Preparing and delivering board-level reporting and presentations .Explaining Depositary oversight findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.Oversight of core Depositary areas, including:Cash flow monitoringInvestment and borrowing oversight (at a conceptual / supervisory level)Safekeeping and asset verificationManaging client queries, regulatory discussions and ongoing service delivery.Liaising with internal oversight, risk, compliance and operational teams.Ensuring clients are supported through regulatory change and evolving requirements.(At senior levels) Mentoring junior staff and contributing to client strategy and service model design.Required Experience & Skills:Strong client-facing background within Depositary, Trustee or broader Fund Services.Ability to present confidently to boards and senior management .Solid understanding of Depositary fundamentals and regulations, including:UCITS / AIFMDCounterparty and connected party conceptsDelegated oversight frameworksBackgrounds considered:Depositary / TrusteeFund AccountingInvestor ServicesFund Operations (provided the role was heavily client-facing )Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.Commercial mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships.For a confidential discussion around the role, team structure and long-term career opportunities, please get in touch or apply with your CV.
