The Vehicle Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint coatings, mixing paints to achieve desired colors, and ensuring a flawless finish. Daily tasks include cleaning and masking surfaces, inspecting completed work to ensure quality, and maintaining painting equipment. The role also involves following health and safety regulations in the workplace and collaborating with the larger autobody team to meet project deadlines.QualificationsExperience in automotive spray painting, including surface preparation and color matchingKnowledge of paint application techniques and the ability to achieve high-quality finishesFamiliarity with the use and maintenance of spray-painting equipmentUnderstanding of autobody repair processes and attention to detailExcellent time management skills and the ability to work within project timelinesCommitment to health and safety standards and guidelinesPrevious experience in a Certified Steel Standard (CSS) bodyshop or Tesla repair facility is an advantageFormal training or certification in vehicle paint spraying is a plus
