Quality and Regulatory Affairs Director Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the Quality and Regulatory function across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. The successful candidate will drive global compliance, post-market excellence, and customer-focused quality outcomes while shaping the next chapter of our Quality organization as we prepare to become a standalone company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead global Quality and Regulatory strategy for our portfolio ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in Quality and/or Regulatory leadership within a medical device organization. A proven track record of managing Notified Body audits, interacting with global regulators, and leading cross-functional quality initiatives with measurable business outcomes is required.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences or related technical field (advanced degree preferred)
* A strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971 MDSAP and MDR/IVDR
* Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
