We are looking for a Dining Room Team Lead to join us. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, all training will be done on the job. The Dining Room Team Lead will work closely with the manager and executive Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the dining room team in ensuring service runs smoothly and the appropriate preparations are in place for every shift.
* Ensure that our brand standards and SOPs are adhered to and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Build the team through training and development.
* Always ensure customer satisfaction and product quality.
* Ensure HACCP Standards are maintained always.
About You:
* Experience in the service industry (essential).
* Supervisory experience in a similar role (preferred).
* Customer focused management style.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
