THE ROLE:Co -ordinate the quarterly valuations process, including liaising with external valuersAnalysis of valuation portfolio data to enable quarterly reportingAbility to prepare investment and development appraisals and refurbishment options for various projectsUpdating quarterly valuation and performance reports and presentationsWork with Head of Investment Management, when required on key investor reports, Fund reporting and general market research
RequirementsChartered Surveyor having completed the valuation pathway.At least 5 years' relevant experience.Results focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.Pro -active with experience working on own initiative in a busy working environment.Advanced working knowledge of Argus, MS Excel and Powerpoint.
