Job Title : Branch AdvisoryLocation : Castleblaney (6-12months)Shift Requirement : Onsite (M-F)Role Responsibilities: Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required Cash handling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the dayEssential Skills and Experience: Customer Service experience, high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of the importance of the same Resilient and hard-working – busy work environment Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work as part of a team in a busy branch An ability to adapt to new technologies, using our digital platforms to enable customers to self-serveWe are only hiring Irish Citizens, EU Citizens, Stamp 1G and Stamp 4 only.
