Our client is currently seeking a capable and well-organised Compliance & Facilities Officer to manage their facility operations, support regulatory compliance, and oversee aspects of fleet management.
The Compliance & Facilities Officer is responsible for supporting the efficient and compliant operation of company facilities, with a focus on maintaining high standards in line with PSA (Private Security Authority), NSI (National Security Inspectorate), and relevant ISO standards (such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001). The role involves managing facilities services on site, supporting internal and external audits, and coordinating company fleet operations.
This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can ensure regulatory readiness, maintain robust operational procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily facility operations, including building maintenance, service coordination, and contractor oversight
* Ensure ongoing compliance with PSA and NSI standards, including documentation, inspections, and audit readiness
* Maintain accurate records for compliance tracking, certifications, service contracts, and vendor performance
* Support internal quality initiatives aligned with ISO standards, including document control and process adherence
* Oversee fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, maintenance tracking, insurance, and compliance with licensing or regulatory requirements
* Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies and certification agencies as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, facility, and fleet needs are addressed efficiently
Key Experience Required
* Experience in a Facilities, Compliance, or Operations Support role
* Working knowledge of PSA and NSI compliance frameworks
* Experience managing or coordinating company vehicle fleets is a strong advantage
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Working knowledge of ISO standards and the ability to support certification and maintenance of management systems
* Competence in Microsoft Office and fleet/facilities management software
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Previous experience of working in a regulated environment
Desirable Qualifications
* Related qualifications in compliance, facilities management, or related discipline
* ISO certification or training (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001)
