We are seeking a skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our European hub for R&D and innovation. This role involves working across disciplines to support the development of Class I to Class III medical devices, focusing on integrating human-centered design principles into the product development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* 5-7 years of experience in usability engineering, preferably in the medical device/pharma industry
* Gathering HF data and feeding it into the design team as design inputs
* Risk documentation experience, including dfmea, ufmea, design inputs table, and DHF document general experience
* Applying IEC 62366 standard for medical device development
* Setting up, conducting, and concluding usability trials, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in experimental design and user research methodologies
* Analyzing human behavior and performance, with familiarity with user-centered design principles
