 
        Administrator (Finance) | Dublin 2 | Hybrid | Permanent A leading semi-state body is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their Financial Management team. This role is primarily focused on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of overseas bank reconciliations, including collecting all necessary information and supporting documentation. You will also provide guidance and support to Local Administrators and Overseas Office Directors. Additionally, you will prepare the monthly Debtors reconciliation, manage ad hoc invoicing, track Administration Own Resource Income, and perform other financial and administrative tasks as required. This is a great entry-level role and a stepping stone for anyone with a finance-related degree or 12 years experience, actively pursuing Accounting Technician or ACCA exams. Salary & Benefits: €31,535 starting salary (non-negotiable) with annual increments of €2,118 after probation 23 days annual leave Location: Dublin 2 (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote) Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile overseas and petty cash accounts, ensuring timely submission for budgets and audits Train and support new administrative staff in overseas offices Liaise effectively with overseas office administrators and directors Handle staff queries efficiently Maintain the debtor book via Centos Sales Ledger, assist with cash allocations, reconciliations, and PMC/RDPC reporting Monitor and report on Administration Budget Own Resource Income Raise ad hoc invoices and complete related financial administration tasks Requirements: Level 7 business/finance qualification (essential) Actively pursuing Accounting Technician or ACCA qualification (advantageous) Proficiency in Word, Excel, and financial software Strong attention to detail, organisational, and problem-solving skills Team player with initiative, able to work under pressure Driving licence desirable Why Apply?
