Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Grill Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will bring strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations, prepare grilled dishes to order, and uphold excellent standards of food quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to a consistently high standard.Ensure all dishes are presented accurately and to the required quality.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation in line with food hygiene regulations.Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as required.Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie, Grill Chef, or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple orders at once.Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.BenefitsMeals provided during shiftsDiscounted staff coffeeFree tea and standard coffeeFlexible working hoursWorking Hours40–42 hours per week over 5 days.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €17.00-€19.00 per hourExperience:relevant: 3 years (required)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
