Key Responsibilities
* Prepare dishes for breakfast, Lunch, bar menu, restaurant service, banquets, and events.
* Maintain food preparation and storage to HACCP standards.
* Assist with menu preparation and implementation of seasonal and industry trends.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
* 2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a hotel or busy food service environment.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation and current industry trends.
* HACCP knowledge and compliance.
* Ability to multi-task and assist across all kitchen sections when required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €27,000.00-€38,933.57 per year
