Our mission is to consistently deliver qualified opportunities and pipeline for ambitious businesses.The RoleWe're hiring a Sales Executive (Contractor) to join our team and support clients with their business development function. This is a part-time role (5–6 hours per day, Monday–Friday), potential to grow into a full-time role (8–10 hours per day).You'll be responsible for high-volume cold calling, lead qualification, and building relationships that convert into meetings for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 100+ cold calls per day to targeted decision-makers.Qualify leads and book meetings directly into client calendars.Accurately track all activities and progress in HubSpot CRM.Assist with outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn.Represent clients professionally in every interaction.What We're Looking ForProven sales or business development experience (B2B preferred).Experience with cold calling and hitting activity targets.Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.Reliable and consistent in daily output.Compensation€15.00–€17.50 per hour (depending on experience).Performance-based commission for meetings booked.Job Types: Part-time, Fixed termContract length: 3 monthsPay: €15.00-€17.50 per hourExpected hours: 25 – 30 per weekBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Remote
