Responsibilities: Startup, operation and shutdown of injection moulding processing equipment including: Injection moulding machines,3 axis robots,sprue pickerswater chillers / heaters Hot Runner heater controllers Materials grinders, dryers, blenders / loaders.
Perform product / tool change overs Process trouble shooting in response to defective output Perform PM on a range of process equipment and tooling Maintain all records and follow procedures as required.
Occasionally cover operator breaks / materials loading duties.
