You will support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety systems across both manufacturing and site operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist the EHSQ Manager with day-to-day H&S administrationSupport internal and external audits (factory & site)Maintain H&S documentation, records, RAMS and training logsConduct site and factory inspections and safety walksAssist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actionsHelp roll out safety initiatives, inductions and toolbox talksEnsure compliance with Irish H&S legislation and company standardsIdeal Background:Degree / Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or similar)1–3 years' experience in construction, manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong organisational and admin skillsConfident communicator with a proactive attitudeAmbition to progress into a senior H&S role over timePackage:Competitive base salary10% annual bonusFull private Healthcare5% PensionContact Stephen Kelly on to find out more
