Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a well-established multinational EPCM consultancy working across the Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology sectors.
We are currently seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor with Life Sciences (Pharma/Biopharma) experience and a strong groundworks background.
The role will primarily focus on pre-contract and pre-construction stages, with opportunities to support post-contract phases on projects in Central Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare capital cost estimates
Support tendering and contract arrangements
Develop pricing and tender documentation
Advise on tendering procedures and evaluations
Manage tender queries and commercial negotiations
Requirements
5+ years' experience in construction
Strong groundworks experience
Life Sciences project experience (preferred)
Degree in Quantity Surveying
Strong commercial awareness and teamwork skills
