Purpose:
Join a high-performing operations team at the forefront of automated medical device manufacturing.
As a Process Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring reliable, high-quality production in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
We're looking for hands-on, solutions-focused technicians who thrive on problem-solving and want to develop their expertise in advanced manufacturing systems.
As a Process Technician, you will:
Maintain and optimize performance on high-volume automated manufacturing lines
Monitor line performance data to identify and resolve downtime, cycle time, and yield issues
Perform hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting
Support planned and reactive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
Make real-time adjustments to improve efficiency, output, and reliability
Repair, replace, and fine-tune key components including robots, sensors, and vision systems
Support equipment setup, calibration, and technical changeovers
Partner with Engineering to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues
Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and high performance
Qualification/Requirement:
Minimum Level 6 qualification (120 credits) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related technical discipline (essential requirement)
Proven hands-on experience in a technical environment (e.g. maintenance, automation, electrical, mechanical, fitting, motor mechanics, etc.)
Exposure to automated or high-volume manufacturing equipment (robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics, vision systems)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills A proactive, continuous improvement mindset
The anticipated pay range and benefits for this position is:
The anticipated base pay for this role is €35,000 with an additional shift premium of 33%
