We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join a busy distribution operation based in Naas, Co.
Kildare.
Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives during your shift.
Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure operational targets are met.
Conduct shift briefings and communicate daily priorities to the team.
Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on schedule.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.
Support inventory control, stock counts, and warehouse organisation.
Liaise with management and transport teams to ensure smooth outbound operations.
Identify operational issues and support continuous improvement within the warehouse.
Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Experience supervising or leading a team.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Desirable: Experience within high-volume distribution operations.
Transport planning or logistics coordination experience.
Forklift licence.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
