Job Description:
* Lead and deliver strategic transformation programmes aligned to organisational objectives.
* Manage large-scale initiatives involving process redesign, operating model improvements, and technology change.
* Engage with senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
* Promote and embed innovation, including automation and AI, into business transformation activities.
* Monitor project progress and ensure timely issue resolution and escalation as needed.
* Communicate project status effectively to a wide range of audiences.
* Apply best practice in change management, benefits realisation and stakeholder engagement.
* Drive continuous improvement and collaboration across multiple business areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in leading transformation or change programmes, ideally within fund administration, financial services or a similar regulated environment.
* A relevant degree in business, finance, technology or related area.
* Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are an advantage.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Comfortable managing complexity across multiple stakeholders and business units.
* High-level problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
* Experience working with ERP or business systems (e.g., PeopleSoft or equivalent).
* Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
