We are working with a leading building services engineering provider based in Dublin. They have been specialising in the installation, commissioning, maintenance and optimisation of mechanical, electrical and HVAC control systems since 1979. With a nationwide service footprint and 24‑hour support, the company’s directly employed engineering teams and expert project delivery functions help clients drive asset performance, energy efficiency and long‑term sustainability across commercial, institutional and critical facilities.About The RoleThey are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Coordinator to support the Account Manager in the smooth delivery of client services, operational coordination, and compliance activities across multiple sites. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving, and working with both clients and internal teams in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Account Manager with day‑to‑day client coordination and service deliveryAct as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal engineering teamsCoordinate scheduled maintenance visits, inspections, and reactive worksAssist with managing relationships with external contractors and service providersEnsure service delivery activities are completed in line with health, safety, and compliance standardsMaintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and asset informationTrack service requests, follow up on outstanding actions, and support issue resolutionAssist with preparation of quotations, purchase orders, and invoicing administrationSupport workplace improvements and operational planning across client sitesWhat You Need2+ years’ experience in a coordination, client services, facilities, property, or building services support roleStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience coordinating contractors, suppliers, or service providersWorking knowledge of health & safety and compliance processesComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProficient in MS Office (experience with CAFM systems an advantage)Ability to work in the office 5 days a weekWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary, dependent on experienceStable role within a well‑established engineering environmentOpportunity to work closely with high‑profile clients and experienced account management teamsExcellent exposure to facilities and building services operationsWhat’s NextIf this sounds like the right fit, hit APPLY NOW.
