OverviewJohnson Hana is seeking to hire Data Protection Consultants for upcoming projects with multiple international companies. These projects will range from 12-18 months in length and there is a strong potential for the projects to be extended beyond this timeframe. These projects are on a contract basis ranging between 20-40 hours per week and there is some flexibility as to when these hours can be completed.Scope of workDraft new and amend existing internal data protection policies, guidelines, and procedures, in consultation with key stakeholders.Experience working on DPIA’s, LIA’s, TIA’s, ROPAs and similar documents.Deliver training across all business units to staff members who are involved in data handling or processing.Conduct audits to ensure compliance and to address potential issues.Familiarity with responding to data subject access requests.Experience interviewing internal stakeholders regarding privacy and data compliance processes.Minimum 3 years+ experience in Data Protection.Strong knowledge of Data Protection and Privacy law.Presentation skills, confident in front of a variety of internal and external stakeholders including Senior Leadership.Ability to interpret data and be able to report back to the business.Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Experience conducting DPIAs, TIAs and RoPasContactInterested candidates should send their CV to orlareilly@johnsonhana.comSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionLegalIndustriesTechnology, Information and Media
