Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception phone and screen incoming calls
* Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Book meeting rooms and organize catering
* Coordinate office activities and operations
* Manage client correspondence
* Perform various administrative tasks
* Assist teams and partners during meetings
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a reception/office environment
* Experience working within a professional services environment (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, clients, and suppliers
* Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Zoom
