Beverage Service Manager Job Description
Our hotel is seeking an experienced Beverage Service Manager to lead our beverage team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bars and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage, train and develop the bar teams, setting objectives and monitoring their progress.
* To ensure all colleagues are fully trained on responsible alcohol serving and intoxicating liquor act procedures.
* To maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the bars at all times, with a strict cleaning schedule in operation.
* To oversee the ordering, cost control and standards of all beverage supplies, adhering to correct purchase order procedures.
* To monitor equipment and supplies in the bars, planning and organizing services to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Beverage Service Manager or similar role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of responsible alcohol serving and intoxicating liquor act procedures.
