About the opportunity:
Due to ongoing and exciting growth within our Audit & Assurance Department, we are seeking Experienced Audit Seniors and Newly Qualified Auditors to join our team on a full-time basis. These positions are based in our Cork or Dublin offices and report directly to the Audit & Assurance Manager. The role is full-time, with a 37.5-hour work week.
As an Audit Senior and Newly Qualified Auditor, you can expect your duties to include;
Responsibility for a portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries
Performing all aspects of a risk-based audit process ensuring on time completion and within agreed fee budgets
Planning and executing financial audits
Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements
Analysing financial statements, controls, and processes
Supervising, training and reviewing the work undertaken by audit trainees
Liaising closely to build effective working relationships with other departments to facilitate and support the audit process
What we are looking for:
Exam qualified or part qualified in ACA, ACCA or similar qualification
A commitment to quality, continuous learning and development skills and expertise
Strong audit experience essential
Strong technical knowledge and an awareness of current issues
An enquiring mind with strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload, multi task and meet deadlines
Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team
Full Irish driving licence preferable
