Process Engineering Manager Opportunity

This role is responsible for overseeing projects, coordinating with cross-functional departments, planning work schedules, supervising contractors, and supporting departmental goals—all while ensuring compliance with global, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects in regulated food manufacturing using Evaporation and Spray Drying.
\
2. Model and explain automated processes to the team.
\
3. Coach and develop the technical team.
\
4. Evaluate and validate new equipment to QA standards.
\
5. Prepare process flows, specs, and operating instructions.
\
6. Monitor key variables (temperature, pressure, viscosity) during production.
\
7. Troubleshoot process/equipment issues cross-functionally.
\
8. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
\

Requirements:
\
\
9. Degree in Food Process Engineering or related field.
\
10. 10+ years' engineering experience.
\
11. Dairy/Food Process Engineering background preferred.
\
12. Familiarity with spray drying or evaporation a plus.
\
13. Experience with thermal dairy processing desirable.
\
14. Knowledge of powder conveying systems.
\
15. Understanding of ATEX environments an advantage.
\
16. Strong experience in automated pharma/food manufacturing essential.
\
