The Founding Account Executive is responsible for driving initial sales growth and building the foundation for Qashio’s European presence. This is a hunter role requiring high levels of agency and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a pipeline from scratch and help define the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy alongside the founding team. You are a results-driven individual who meets and exceeds sales targets while thriving in a fast-paced build phase environment.ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Sales: Own the entire new-business motion from first touch to signed contract.Pipeline Generation: Develop relationships with prospects and build a pipeline from scratch across SMB and Enterprise sectors.GTM Strategy: Partner with the GM, Europe to shape the GTM strategy and define how the company scales in the region.Solution Design: Package Qashio’s features into tailored, data-supported presentations to solve customer pain points.Negotiation & Closing: Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.Account Growth: Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future upsell opportunities and own renewals for accounts you close.Market Presence: Represent Qashio as a brand advocate at local events, conferences, and networking activities.Qualifications and ExperienceSales Record: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Startup DNA: Direct experience in a startup environment is a must; Fintech or SaaS experience is highly preferred.Ownership: 360-degree business development cycle ownership—from prospecting to closing.Technical Savvy: High proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and a strong understanding of fintech software/accounting systems.Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.Compliance: Must have a valid right to work in Ireland.
