Human Resources Coordinator at BCMGlobal

BCMGlobal ASI Ltd is a leading independent loan servicer, managing €27bn of AUM for 80+ clients and is highly rated by S&P in Ireland working with pillar banks, non-bank lenders, debt investors and their customers throughout the loan lifecycle from origination through to redemption, including loan workout services. It is part of BCM Global, a prominent European independent mortgage, real estate, and commercial loan servicer expert in providing innovative financial services.

What you’ll do

The Customer Administrator will be involved in the following activities:

* Monitor team mailbox and trackers to ensure timely handling of requests.
* Track and record activities and updates to team trackers.
* Process customer and internal stakeholder requests, both on and off-system.
* Collate customer information from core systems to support document preparation.
* Input data into credit applications (no credit assessment skills required).
* Process supplier invoice payments and update trackers.
* Manage electronic and physical files, including network folders and Sharepoint sites.
* Collate customer documentation for processes related to AML, Data Protection, and Security Management.
* Provide general support for ad hoc projects and team lead/manager, as needed.
* Ensure delivery of agreed targets/goals in line with expectations.
* Interact with internal stakeholder teams (Case Management, Operations) and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and upholding Link Group's reputation.
* Participate in company and regulatory training regularly.
* Complete all mandatory and role-relevant training.

What you’ll bring

* Experience in banking/financial services industry.
* Strong financial analysis, organizational, and time management skills.
* Effective communicator and influencer at all levels.
* Organised approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks accurately.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
* Experience in a client-facing role.
